Oysters gratinated with parmesan – Florida Style.
Open oysters and garnish with zirone juice and a fingernail-sized piece of butter.
Dump a good amount of Parmesan cheese on the oysters. A lot helps a lot.
Top with heaps of Parmesan until you can no longer see the shell and butter.
Place in oven or grill for 10 minutes at 200 degrees convection.
Season oysters with Tabasco.
It goes well with a tart, cool beer or a dry white wine.
